JOHN RUSH, OWNER

Business owner for the past 27 years, NAPA ASE Technician of the year for 2004, 2005 and 2006 and Host of GearHead Radio and Drive Radio on KLZ AM560 Saturdays 10-1. He has been in the automotive industry for the past 34 years, parking lot maintenance for the past 22 years and the snow removal business for the past 25 years. His experience with the automotive industry has given us a great advantage in knowing what equipment to use for specific jobs and also enables us to repair and maintain all of our vehicles in house. John serves on various boards in industry and in the community. John takes pride in everything he does and runs his business the same way. John is a Colorado native.

TERRI RUSH, OWNER

Terri, John's wife, is co-owner of Rush Management, Inc. and the office manager. She and John work closely together in the overall operation of the company as well as setting future goals for the business. She enjoys football (yes,football), hockey, cooking, traveling and has 7 grown children and 9 grandkids. She is very involved in her church and helps out in several community outreach programs. Terri is a Colorado native.

DICK RUSH, SHOP MANAGER

Dick, a Colorado Native, has been with Rush Management for the past 9 years and was the former owner. He decided to retire back in 2003 but that did not fit his active personality. He owned the business for 15 years before John and Terri bought the business. His wealth of expertise is invaluable to the company. He helps manage and maintain all of our equipment from our largest sweeper to the smallest hand tool. He is a tremendous asset to our family and company. You can usually find Dick at a Car Show or Rod Run on the weekends. He collects all different types of street rods and collector cars.

JONATHAN SANDERS, LANDSCAPE & SNOW REMOVAL MANAGER

Jonathan has worked in every division of Rush Management, Inc. and is familiar with all aspects of the business. He is especially good with numbers, planning and attention to details that can often be overlooked. Jonathan has worked specifically in landscape maintenance and enhancement for the past 12 years. Jonathan is also responsible for our Snow Removal Division and is our main dispatcher during the storms. Jonathan is a native of Colorado.

DURVAL SILVA, CHEMICAL MANAGER & QUALITY SUPERVISOR

Durval joined Rush Management in the spring of 2008. He is a qualified supervisor certified by the Colorado Department of Agriculture. Durval is also a licensed arborist. He supervises all of our chemical applications and also overseas our de-icing chemicals in the winter months. When not working he enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.

JEFF MACHTOLF, FIELD MANAGER

Jeff joined Rush Management as a plow driver back in 2007 and came "on board" full time shorty thereafter. Jeff has driven heavy trucks for the past 17 years and worked in the concrete field during that time. Jeff is one of our "on site" Field Managers. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and working on the weekends at Colorado National Speedway.

DAVID COLLINS, SWEEPING DIVISION MANAGER

Dave came on board with us several years ago as a snow plow driver. In May of 2011 he started full time and became our Sweeping Division Manager. Dave handles all our Sweeping, Striping and Power Washing along with helping us with snow removal. Dave has been in various forms of management for the past two decades and brings this experience to our team. Dave will be helping us with leadership development and managerial experience. HORACE JARAMILLO, CONSTRUCTION DIVISION MANAGER

Horace has been in the automotive industry for the past 10 years and is also a carpenter. Horace has been with Rush Management for the past 7 years and is our Construction Manager. Horace also helps us maintain our equipment when needed. Horace also helps us with our Snow Removal Division. Horace is a Colorado native. He enjoys spending time with his family when he is not at work.

WES ROSS, IRRIGATION DIVISION MANAGER

Wes came on board in April of 2011 as an Irrigation Tech. Originally from Iowa, Wes moved to Colorado in May of 2003 after graduating from Iowa State University with a degree in Agriculture Business. Wes has been in the landscaping industry since 2003 with the start of his career at the University of Colorado as an assistant to the Athletic Departments ground crew. Wes has worked and supervised all aspects of t he Landscape Industry but found Irrigation to be the most rewarding. When not at work Wes enjoys the great outdoors,from Skiing to Riding ATV's to Hunting, Camping and Fishing you will find Wes outdoors!
