Richard is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Business and Human Relations. He has been involved with the family business for the past 20 years doing everything from shoveling snow, sweeping parking lots, mowing lawns to just about anything the business needed. He has a real talent for streamlining operations. Richard loves football and sports of any kind. Richard is married, a father of 3 children, and is a native of Colorado.<\/p>\n

Walt has been with us for the past 14 years. He graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden Colorado with a degree in engineering.\u00a0 Walt has been in our irrigation department for many years as well as snow removal. Walt is very well versed in many aspects of our business and is in charge of quality control across all divisions. Walt is a Colorado Native and enjoys spending time with his wife and family when he’s not at work.<\/p>\n

Tommy is well reversed in the construction and maintenance industries making him a great asset to the Rush Management team. He has spent over 20 years in construction and has over 10 years of experience operating heavy equipment. Tommy has been with Rush Management for over 9 years and oversees the street sweeping operations as well as power washing and parking lot striping. When Tommy, a colorado native, isn’t enjoying the adventures of being a dad of 7, you’ll find him catching a football game or camping in the great outdoors.<\/span><\/p>\n

Craig has been in the automotive industry for 37 years as an ASE Master automotive technician, service manager, and business owner.\u00a0 For the last 5 years, Craig has served as the fleet automotive manager for Rush Management where strives to ensure the safety and reliability of the Rush Management trucks and equipment. However, Craig’s employment with Rush Management, working closely with John & Terri, has a 37-year history. Craig is married, has 3 children and 1 grandchild. Enjoys spending time with his family, making BBQ on the smoker, and an occasional round of golf.\u00a0<\/p>\n

JOHN RUSH<\/strong>, OWNER<\/p>\n

John, a Colorado native, has been a business owner for the past 40 years and is a successful business coach. During 2020, when many businesses were struggling, all of John’s coaching clients watched their businesses grow. John is a retired Automotive Technician with previous ASE L1 & X1, Heavy Truck, Collision, and Service Advisor Certifications.\u00a0 John, who takes pride in everything he does and runs his businesses the same way, was the NAPA ASE Technician of the year for 2004, 2005, and 2006. \u00a0With John being in the automotive industry for the past 45 years this has given Rush Management a great advantage in knowing what equipment to use for a specific job and has enabled us to repair and maintain all of our vehicles in-house. He has also worked in Property Maintenance for the past 33 years and Snow Removal for the past 40 years. \u00a0John has served on various boards in industry and in the community. But his knowledge and experience don’t end there. John is the host of three radio programs on KLZ560 am in Denver. Drive Radio and FixIt Radio on Saturdays from 9 am-1 pm and Rush To Reason every weekday from 3-6 pm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Terri, Richard’s mom, is co-owner of Rush Management, Inc. and the CEO\/CFO. She and John work closely together in the overall operation of the company as well as setting future goals for the business. She enjoys football (yes, football), hockey, cooking, traveling and has 5 grown children and 16 grandchildren. Terri is a Colorado native.<\/p>\n

Shauna, a Colorado native, is a member of the Rush family and has ran the office for the last 10 years. Shauna is our pivotal team player in that she manages the daily employee relations including everything from timekeeping to safety. Shauna is in charge of the invoicing, helps with data entry, assists our managers with scheduling jobs and day-to-day tasks. You will often hear her cheery voice answering the phones. Shauna is married and has two children; one is grown and out of the house and the other is in high school. When she’s not in the office, keeping Rush Management running like a well-oiled machine, Shauna loves spending time with family.<\/p>\n
